Task is just a common term for a unit of work that we use in our application.
When you start a new focused session, you want to have a clear goal for it.
Use a form at the top of the screen to type in your goal for the session and click “Start”.
How to start a new task
When you finished working on the task, click “Stop”.
How to stop a running task
If you worked on a task earlier and want to continue it now, click on a play button that appears in the Completed Tasks list when you hover a task.
